PERTH AMBOY – The Perth Amboy Business Improvement District (“BID”) hereby announces its regular meeting schedule for 2023 in accordance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act,” N.J.S.A. 10:4-18.
The regular meetings of the BID are to be held in the Council Chamber, Perth Amboy City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy, New Jersey at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays, on the dates set forth below, except for the February meeting that will be held on Monday, February 13:

- December 12, 2023
Important Note: Meetings may be held in an alternative location or remotely via Zoom online conference. Notification of change(s) will be provided in accordance to OPMA and available on City’s official website: www.perthamboynj.org. Additionally, the BID will not hold a meeting in the months of January or August.
