PERTH AMBOY, Feb. 8, 2023 – Kathy Depow receives resolution from Assemblywoman Yvonne Lopez in recognition for her years of service as a volunteer to the Perth Amboy Community.
Mayor Helmin Caba presents Mayoral Citation to Kathy DePow in recognition  for her years of service  as a volunteer to the Perth Amboy Community.
