History Repeats Itself: Boston Marathon Bombing

America has a history of being vulnerable to mad men. Pearl Harbor, The Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City, The World Trade Center, The Pentagon and now the Boston Marathon. In each case America was caught unaware. I have lived through all of these horrific events and thought that America would learn how to prevent these cowardly attacks.

Our freedoms have been diminished over the years by the government removing access to public buildings and events. Visits to the White House, The Statue of Liberty, the roof of the Empire State Building and the freedom to visit and participate in America have been diminished because our leadership has failed to secure our country from individuals, groups and other countries who wish us harm.

Our citizens have supported America through Military Service, The Civilian Conservation Corp, The Peace Corp and many other services to America. The amount of money paid to support our various federal, state, county and local government police services should have prepared them to prevent events such as these. Two bombs were in a place a block apart. Where were the detection systems designed to discover this type of public danger?

Now we know this attack was perpetrated by two illegal alien roommates. CLOSE OUR BORDERS NOW! Deport all undocumented people. Americans cannot safely live in their own towns, walk their own streets, attend Church, send their children to school, shop or go to public events without fear of injury or death.

Send this message to all elected and appointed officials. Don’t let them delay this move. Our lives depend on it.
