Your article in this week’s Amboy Guardian, page 8, “bids questioned who should pay.” We are not talking about the who is going to pay the $800,000. we are talking about the cost of the expert historic architect, his bill would be between $2000 and $3,000 and he would be acting as the cities and the historic preservation committee’s expert. Please don’t get the two sums of money confused.
