As a mother, a grandmother, and a retired businesswoman and entrepreneur, who has lived in Perth Amboy over 45 years, I know that a quality education is the only way our children will achieve success. My experience as a former Quality Control Administrator helps me identify areas of improvement to help our School District rise in excellence. As a current Perth Amboy Board of Education member, I aspire for our School District to realize its full potential and support good programming. As a businesswoman, community advocate, a Rutgers College Alumnus, and a former Wall Street financial consultant, I know there are no limits when a child believes in the beauty of his or her dreams. Parents play a critical role in communicating the needs of their children and as future Board Members it is vital to help them meet their goals of having a quality education for their children. I was born and raised in Perth Amboy, and as a full-time student who also works as a technician for a Pharmacy, I have high hopes to help our youth become more productive in their goals. As a youth leader in my church, I see that having more after school programs for our kids helps them stay on the right path. After school programs help motivate students to continue their education like college in order to get a good job. I’m running for the Board of Education because I want to help society be better and make sure education is number ONE in our lives. Please vote for US via mail in ballot.

I am a lifelong resident, a graduate of Perth Amboy High School, a retired EKG Technician, a County Committeewoman, and a grandmother to several children in our school system who is looking for the opportunity to help make a difference in our children’s education. I’m running for the School Board because I hope to help bridge the gap of communication between the parents and schools. It is important to enhance the quality of the school experience for all students. The children in our school district are the future of our country, and our team cares about the quality of their education.
